I visited the Marina on June 24-25 to see what is happening and review the progress.  Thus far I would say that half of the floating pontoons are in place, the chandlers is open for business and the lift is operational.
 
Then mens shower block is 75% complete (the toilets are up and running and about 1/2 the showers are operational), however the ladies is a little behind with only 1 shower operational.
 
There office is open and the wifi signal strength is very good.  There is currently 24 hours water available that is NOT potable, potable water is only available 2 hours per day, once mid morning, once mid afternoon.
 
There are many building shells in place but they are still some way of completion.  Talking with the marina management I must say that I am impressed with their attitude and they assure me that the grand opening will be before end October 2009,  I think is is possible but there is still a huge amount of work to be done.
