Ceneviz is a fantastic anchorage about 17nm south of Kemer. Only accessible by sea, it is surrounded on three sides by sheer cliffs.  When anchored at the southern end the view through the entrance is magnificent with Mount Olympos featuring dominantly in the background.

During the summer it is a popular destination for tourist gullets, but mostly they depart mid-afternoon, leaving you, often alone, to experience the solitude, tranquillity and beauty of this small secluded bay.

The bay is approx 2000 feet by 1000.  Take care as you enter as there are rocks midway across the entrance, it doesn't matter which side of them you pass as the depth is > 15m.

Apparently the bay was used in filming the Channel 4 show 'Jason and the Argonauts' and in olden times was used as a pirate hide away.
